FAQs
1. Is Scipio independent of software vendors and systems integrators?
Yes. Scipio is always independent and advisors from the client's side and does not need to sell a software license or implementation capacity. Recommendations are based on business fit, architecture, economics, delivery risk, and the client's ability to operate the solution.
2. How does Scipio compare enterprise solutions and implementation partners?
We define decision criteria, compare functional and technical fit, assess total cost and implementation complexity, test vendor capability, and evaluate commercial terms. The result is a transparent decision record rather than a feature checklist alone.
3. At what stage should Scipio join a solution program?
Scipio can support before requirements are defined and an RFP is started, during selection and negotiation, at mobilization, or when an implementation is already under pressure. Earlier involvement provides more room to correct scope and commercial decisions, but an independent reset can still add value later.
4. Can Scipio help recover an implementation already underway?
Yes. We can assess scope, governance, dependencies, decision rights, vendor performance, capacity, and value delivery, then define a recovery plan. The review distinguishes issues that require a technical fix from those caused by operating-model or management decisions.
5. How are business and technology stakeholders aligned?
We establish shared decision criteria, named owners, benefit measures, and escalation rights. Business requirements, architecture choices, and implementation trade-offs are reviewed together so neither side can treat the program as someone else's delivery problem.
6. Which types of enterprise platforms does Scipio advise on?
Relevant categories include ERP, CRM, finance, data, collaboration, core banking, and other enterprise platforms. The exact team depends on the decision and platform.
